The side characters are so charming and so...themselves. You can see it a lot in Ox (the other's have it too). So seriously, before I keep on rambling, go read it. At least, not til she's on her own feet and had some therapy.

Chet explores his romantic opportunities with a woman named Alex, even though they may conflict with his religious beliefs.Devyn ultimately decides she's not ready to be in a relationship with David or anyone else.Ryan pursues his filmmaking interests, as does Sarah with the art therapy classes she teaches at the Gay and Lesbian Community Center.Or that feeling where you can't help but sigh and go, "That was so fucking good"? The characters are so uniquely their own especially the main character Ox. Ox is such a fucking beautiful human being that even now, three days after I've finished it, I still think about this character. His view is short and sounds so innocent yet so sincere and sometimes so deep that one simple sentence sounds like it means a million things. How this character was had me wanting to be his sister and hug him.But Ox is strong as he is kind and I love it with all my heart. The story irked me; she just got out of an abusive relationship, she shouldn't be flinging her heart at someone so soon.
