To make this change, switch to the View tab, select View Settings then Format Columns.

I can see about 23K mails when I check the synchronization through the inbox properties.

You might get a message asking if you want to allow this website to access your clipboard. Valmy reply button is dark as there are no emails to reply to so I can not send the screen to you unless you no of a different way.
To be exact, I have created a new profile and kept it to download but still the problem persists. I can assure there's no issue as other users are able to communicate without any issues. Resetting the view will fix it (because it will move the category field to the far right); if you want the Categories field to the left of From, you can change the field on the left to use text instead of an icon format and the color block will display once again.
You're upgrading the program you use to view the emails, not the email account(s) you use.
